Ideally located within the nation?s largest urban Historic Landmark District, the Dresser Palmer House features 15 luxury guest rooms, 10 with working gas fireplaces, all with private baths. Built in 1876 as a duplex for the Dresser and Palmer families, the 11,000 square foot property was converted into an Inn in 1997. Located on Gaston Street between Abercorn and Lincoln. -- Directions -- From I-95 North or South take exit 99A which is I-16 East to Savannah, on I-16 take the MLK Jr. Blvd Exit. At the end of the exit ramp, continue through the traffic light at which point you will be on West Gaston Street. As you pass Forsyth Park on your right, you will now be on East Gaston Street. At the flashing red light which is Abercorn, turn right then make an immediate left between the two yellow buildings down Gaston Lane. Our gate is on the left hand side half way down the lane.
