The location was horrible.The service was horrible.The hotel cleanliness made it an absolute pit.The priceline price was MORE than the standard rate!!!!!!!

Beds attractive and comfortable.
Leaks in ceiling, machines in hallway not working.
Though Holiday Inn is a good name, this facility was disappointing. The common areas in the hotel are suffering from a lack of funds needed to maintain them and keep them looking nice.

No unpleasant surprises.
Bar closes at 10 pm.
This was a pleasant stay. After experiencing less than expected accommodations at Lake George And Clifton Park, NY wish I had stayed here. What I saved in gas and time was in no way an emotional savings.

The hot tub was not working.

King size bed.
Hall filled with smoke, when I had selected non-smocking.
The bath tabs are very old. The hall ways are filled with cigarette smoke all the time. The price for lodging does not include breakfast, not nice.

It is centrally located in the city.
Parking is difficult at some times of the day.
This is a typical holiday inn. Well trained staff, quick service at checks in and check out. The same furniture and bedspreads as other cities and not as plush as some holiday inn conference centers, but familiar and dependable accommodations.

Small parking lot and the neighborhood is depressed and dirty.
