The The newly renovated Holiday Inn Express hotel Seaford-Route 13 is an interior corridor, four story hotel with a fireplace in the lobby. Located on Williams Pond, brand new rooms on the back side of the hotel offer spectacular views of wildlife ranging from geese, birds, turtles and fish. Brand new 2 room suites are available. Hotel features include an outdoor pool, exercise room, and business center. All rooms include 32 inch plasma TVs, Stay Smart bedding, Free wireless high-speed Internet access, coffee maker, iron/board, and hairdryer. Voice mail and 2-line phones. Coffee served 24 hours a day in the lobby. Monday-Friday we serve fresh baked cookies in the evenings. We are conveniently located near the Invista/Dupont, Nanticoke Hospital, Allen Family Foods, Seaford Industrial Park, Perdue Chicken, Solocup, Seaford Army National Guard. Nice staff, convenient location.
The bathroom had no working shower & hotel over booked.I arrived Friday only to find out that I was promised something that they didn't have and then they over booked. The room we had a shower with no shower curtain or drain to shower. Front desk was great about most of it.

The hotel staff was willing to go above & beyond for customer satisfaction.Not enough towels, but staff was very accomodating in getting needed towels.It's not the Hyatt, but it was a good value for the price - The staff did whatever was needed to make the stay more comfortable. The free breakfast was good.Some equipment in the gym needed repair.Nice clean rooms, helpful staff, even has washer and dryer for guests.

Looked recently updated, beautiful, comfortable, quiet.No indoor pool.I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. They are close to a lot of restaurants. My room was a bit larger than I expected, clean, very comfortable and quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. Great view.Food was ok but the breakfast menu leaves a little to be desired.The hotel was great view, friendly staff. I would say they need to put some serving trays out so guest can carry items to room. And watch the over cooked eggs.

The breakfast served at 6:30 am allowed us to get an early start.If there was an indoor pool, we would have enjoyed the hotel more.This hotel was fine for us because we were passing through on our way to the Outer Bank.
