The location is great. The beach is a short walk.Our room was not renovated. It was tiny, dirty with carpet stains, old furniture, a broken window screen and very worn linens. Extremely noisy! We liked the heated pool.We had to pay $11.95 to rent a movie for our kids. Way too much!Good location. Food available across the street. The beach is a short 5-10 minute walk. The pool is warm and convenient. The rooms are average at best.

Great cookies in the lobby-ok breakfast-nice pool area.Needs to be updated-lobby looks worn.It's clearly an old seaside motel that has been renovated, but it is in need of updating. The lobby was small with worn furnishings. The rooms were also minimally decorated and outdated.

Breakfast is nice, rooms are spacious!The hot tub was not working properly (i.e. not very warm!).The Pacific Inn is lovely and a very good location for visiting the LA and Orange County Areas. The free shuttle was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.
