Great location across from Sea-Tac Airport.
It's just "OK".
Better than average for a quick overnight stay. It's close to plenty of restaurants and also just across the street from Sea-Tac Airport.

Cleanliness, convenience and fit my expectations of an upscale hotel.
Parking fee is less than desirable, but it was a fair fee to charge.
Holiday Inn<BR/>Seatac is very accommodating of the business traveler, in its proximity to the airport and the value for the money thanks to Priceline.

Room was very nice and quiet considering it was right by the runway. Slept soundly.

No free breakfast offered; restaurant not appealing looking.
Comfortable room and excellent bed, sheets, towels, etc. Room was quiet even though right next to airport. Would stay here again.
Great location across from Sea-Tac Airport.
