Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, and perfect location.
Parking was expensive but thats expected at a 4 star hotel in the center of the city.

parking is outrageous and the rooms show their age and wear/tear.

Generic. Not hip. Big!
Everything a business travel would expect in terms of location, comfort and service. It lacks the energy, excitement and vibe that one can expect of boutique hotels and does not level the service and attention you would expect from a luxury property.
The lobby is very luxurious and beautiful.
