Comforter, cleanliness good, layout of room, kitchenette.Noise problems, cleaning ignores DND signs, front desk rude and unhelpful.I would like to recommend the hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly & room was nice.Location was just OK but was close to some attractions.The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were roomy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I wasn't crazy about the location but it was within walking distance to the needle and a long walk to the pier. I would probably stay there again.
