Location was very convenient, staff was friendly.
Small bathrooms, bedspread had a hole in it, old furniture and beds.

It was completely worth the price!
The parking during an event they were holding.
I enjoyed this hotel a lot! The room had all necessities with out the cheesy things most hotels usually add. It was modern, comfortable, and convenient. Slept well, as did my 2 year old daughter.

Conveniently located, good beds, nice reno.
Outdoor hallways and elevator.
Nice for the price point, their website reflects the next rating up but it is not quite there. Overall met our expectations for a girls shopping weekend.

The bathroom was very clean and a good continental breakfast.
The furniture in the room had some stains.

The room was fine.
North gate is different from the U district-where<BR/>I wanted to stay.
I<BR/>would not give this a 3 star, and<BR/>I would not put north gate in the grouping of hotels near the university-it was way out and not convenient.
Clean, good location, and quiet. 
Bedspread cover seemed shabby.
