Concierge and bell staff tried hard to make up for others' shortfalls. They were very good -- but too little, too late.Front desk staff incompetent and, worse, rude. I will never return here.Rude incompetent staff.

Clean, attentive staff.Noisy plant spoilt peace and tranquility.Good concept as a hotel but out of place in an up market tourist trap. Better located out of town.
