Location.
Not clean, old outdated rooms.The room was not clean. It had cobwebs and the toilet leaked onto the floor. Very unkept and not updated. Facility needs work.

Quiet.Entrance into motel.We were pleasantly surprised with the quietness in that area.

The location and the price.Next to a train, dark even with lights on.It was ok for the night, would not be comfortable for long trips. The price was good. The location was great!

Can't think of anything.A train goes by every 20-30 minutes and not very clean.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not very clean or nice. I would not stay there again.
