Clean room and nice pool.
Staff was not helpful when requesting a non-smoking room and we got one near the elevator and smoking--noisy AC in room.Staff not so helpful and gives out wrong info. regarding cancellation of one night stay due to illness--later was told by manager that we'll be charged for the second night we didn't stay there. Due to heavy traffic in the area, the hotel was in a good location for access to a by-pass road.Pillows were to flat, should have brought my own.Found that hotel was in a good location due to heavy traffic going into pigeon forge, there was a traffic light at hotel entrance which helped getting onto hwy. 441.found a bypass route around downtown area that was about a 1/2 mile down from hotel. facil...Read More

Cleanliness, price, & location of hotel.Bathroom could have been bigger.My family of 5 & I went to Pigeon Forge for New Years. We went skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, but stayed in Pigeon Forge. The location was great for everything. The hotel was very clean & nice.
