Very clean. Friendly staff.None.I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very clean & friendly staff. They were very willing to upgrade us to a King bed with no additional charges. Great appearance, decorated for Christmas & was beautiful.

The breakfast everyday.The indoor pool was closed for repair last time I went.The fist time I stayed there was the first time I had ever been to the mountains and this is where we stayed. It was very clean and the people were friendly and nice, I would love to stay again.The water in the water rapids was a little dirty.I LOVE this place and so will you. Me and my wife has stayed in Disney that was not this nice.

Comfortable, decorative surroundings, with homey touches.Only one elevator.This hotel is a favorite of mine in the Pigeon Forge area. I have stayed here before and was delighted when it accepted my Priceline bid. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the continental breakfast was great.

Good breakfast.4:41 AM fire alarm.Nice. Generally my only complaint was the 4:41 AM fire alarm and the slow response to it. That is terrifying in a hotel. I wanted a fire dept to come and check things out. That did not happen. That was disappointing, whether it was a prank or not.
