It was very clean and the people were friendly and nice, I would love to stay again.
The water in the water rapids was a little dirty.
I LOVE this place and so will you. Me and my wife has stayed in Disney that was not this nice.

Only one elevator.
This hotel is a favorite of mine in the Pigeon Forge area. I have stayed here before and was delighted when it accepted my Priceline bid. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the continental breakfast was great.

4:41 AM fire alarm.
Nice. Generally my only complaint was the 4:41 AM fire alarm and the slow response to it. That is terrifying in a hotel. I wanted a fire dept to come and check things out. That did not happen. That was disappointing, whether it was a prank or not.
