Breakfast, location.
Room smelled, heater to noisy.
Good location did not enjoy as much as the last stay. Get the room with the fireplace-less noisy than heater, room smelled this time. Breakfast was good.

Good hotel for the price.
This is a good hotel with a good location. The rooms are nice, clean, my wife liked the fireplace. good continental breakfast, nice place for the price.

Rooms were clean and spacious, good location, quiet and pet friendly.
Poor wireless internet connection, not enough food provided at the breakfast, ran out.
Great place for short term stay or business travel. Very clean and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location for downtown activity.

The hotel was easy to find, and the staff was very nice.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the water wouldn't go down in the shower.
We had a nice stay at the best western, everyone was friendly. Everything was great for the price, except for the bed. It was a little difficult to get good nights sleep.

Seemed a little run-down, rug in room not clean.
Public areas in good shape, staff nice enough, Starbucks & grocery close (across street), restaurant next door, room not as clean as I would like.

Large room Clean wonderful breakfast.
No pool or spa & TV need to be placed higher so that remote worked properly.
Very clean & nice the breakfast was wonderful staff very helpful.
