We liked that the room had a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom space; which we did not necessarily set out for.
We requested a non-smoking room, and the room was definitely smoked in. But we arrived too late to change rooms.
We enjoyed what little time we spent in the hotel. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly at check in and that was the only staff we encountered while there. If you definitely want a non-smoking room, you should check out some of the all non-sm...Read More

Decent for the price, located close to the casinos.
Originally the room we were checked into was occupied. This took a little bit to be corrected and someone was without a room that night.

It was centrally located to the event, restaurant and bar I was in town for.
They did not have liners for the ice buckets, and was not willing to help with this problem.
Excluding the ice bucket problem, it was really nice.

Water cut off at 7am, no warning, no shower etc, still off at 11am.

The Chateaus was conveniently located near the Red River District. This hotel is perfect if you are hoping for a night out on the town; you can walk.
I did not realize that the suites had kitchenettes.
