The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. 
Nothing that I was aware of. I thought this hotel was very nice and clean. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool, the location was great for shopping and restaurants.

Very clean, with fitness room, laundry facilities & nice breakfast. Only cardio equipment in fitness room. Clean & comfortable with a fitness room & laundry facilities. The breakfast was better than the usual hotel breakfast (hot food).

Breakfast was fine. No room clean/no towels at all on New Year's Day. We were told the cleaning staff were off for the day and the "administrative team" was supposed to clean and service the rooms. They did nothing. Unbelievable.

The location was perfect. The rooms were not clean, floors were dirty and not swept and there was stains on the bedspreads. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. While the location was good the overall experience was unacceptable.

I like the location and the friendly atmosphere . Also a very substantial breakfast is always available. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open . It was 90 degrees and it would have been a relief. N/A

The hotel is super clean and serves a good selection for breakfast plus the hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. N/A This hotel is in a good location, easily accessible from the freeway. The staff are very courteous and go out of their way to help. It is superclean and we always enjoy our stay there.
