The location, the pool, it was quietly & pleasant, staff was friendly.Construction was going on all around & our window was near it as well as deliveries in the morning.Maybe put people away from outside noise, especially if the hotel is relatively empty. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves & the convenience factor of being near mountain biking trails, shops, restaurants & usage of the bus lines.

The staff was very friendly.The rooms were very noisy and I could heard what was going on all night and the bed wasn't really all that comfortable.This hotel is in a nice location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice but you can here everything outside of your room. At 2 am this can be very disturbing. Also the beds were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was nice, staff was wonderful, hot tub was great, laundry room was great (close to hot tub) staff the best.Room did not have air conditioning, with window open we heard machinery and people early in morning. I liked the decor and the view. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. Breakfast was ok.I can't really think of anything I did not like.Close to Aspen and well located in Snowmass. Excellent restaurant and facilities. The rooms have a lodge feel and are quite attractive with photos of skiers from days gone by. Very friendly service. I would return to this hotel.
