It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I liked the complimentary hot breakfast. I wanted a queen bed and whirlpool so I had to take a smoking room. I noticed the smoke smell every time I entered the room. Overall, this was a good hotel and very easy to get to. My family lives nearby and this was convenient.

Convenience to highway, hot breakfast, pool. Not as clean as I would like. Whirlpool bath did not work. I have stayed here three times before. It is very reasonably priced for what you get. Nice pool, nice, hot breakfast, friendly staff. Room had chemical smell, but no recent exterminator visit, breakfast could use more variety. Convenient to Newport, the cape, Boston & Providence at a reasonable price. Hot breakfast is a plus for families traveling on a budget. Nice, larger pool with up to 9' depth.
