Pet friendly and completely fenced in except for the main driveway.
No hot water!
Nice, breakfast was okay. Shower water not hot enough for me, I heard others at the desk complaining about no hot water. Maybe you shouldn't expect too much for a two star
hotel though, but I do think hot water should be standard!

The breakfast area was very crowded and not enough tables. A little better choice of food such as name brands would be better.

Dirty, no coffee at breakfast, food out 45 min to end.
We will not go to a Quality Inn and suites again we got smoky, smelly rooms, no coffee or cups at breakfast, the food ran out before the breakfast time. This is our family's once a year vacation. We like having pleasant memories. I wonder what a plane tic...Read More

A good location for where we wanted to be.
Driveway had a great deal of ice on it & no salt put down.
A good place to stay, if you want to be on the west side of south bend. plenty of good places to eat near by. Downtown is only a couple of miles away. if we were to return, we would stay again.

The hotel was clean.
Some of the staff would benefit from additional training.
The hotel was as expected for a 2.5 star. The check-in staff was very polite and helpful. The staff that assisted following check-in would benefit from additional customer service training.

The continental breakfast was great--waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy--to name a few of the items.
The hot tub (spa) was shallow and the jets were weak.

The room had a micro/fridge.
The room was dirty, the a/c was not on, the staff was terrible and the price was raised for non-smoking.
I can not say enough badly about this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in south bend and this is by far the worst hotel in the area. The manager was as rude as possible and only seemed to care about how much money he could charge. The breakfast was a j...Read More

Airport noise, cleanliness, odor, over-priced.
It does not meet my expectations of 2.5star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.
