The courtesy of the cleaning staff.Sign on building does not say Comfort Inn, reads University Inn, confusing.I had difficulty finding the hotel as the sign on the building is misleading and the Comfort Inn sign is on the road, next to Friendlys. This caused me to be late for a meeting.

It was convenient to where we were going could have been very nice but was dirty.The hot tub was dirty and had a film around it, things floating and the pool was cold. The fruit at breakfast was old and items left in the room did not belong.It was convenient to the highway and affordable but it should have been cleaner and spiffed up a bit.
