Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.Breakfast area was too small.I would stay there again either as an adult or with grandchildren.

The extra sitting area in the room and location of hotel.Elevator was broken/Staff a little crabby.Great location to downtown South Haven. Nice size rooms. Some of the staff must have been having a bad day, they were a bit crabby. The elevator was broken for 90% of our stay (3 nights), but there was still the stairs. Very clean and newly built.Bed was hard.Very nice facility. Very clean. Bed was a bit hard for my liking though. Breakfast was good.

The staff was EXCELLENT, everything was convenient, I liked the sofa pull out bed so the kids could sleep there, had a fridge, microwave and safe.There's not a nice "view" from anywhere, but no big deal.The staff was Excellent- friendly and helpful. It was new.The lady at the front desk didn't want to help with anything (towels, cable going in and out).The hotel is newer, the rooms already smell like smoke even in non smoking rooms and hopefully if you go you have someone at the front desk who knows where to get more towels and knows how to fix the cable (or at least knows who to call to fix it).
