Its location was perfect and the hideaway feel was excellent.
The front desk staff was less than helpful and almost rude.The hotel is absolutely wonderfully located in South Tahoe. Once there, everything is within walking distance and if not, the Trolley is close at hand and many activities have pickup service.

Nice pool plus rooms were quiet for such a busy street.Liked everything.Enjoyed our stay. Pool was really nice plus enjoyed the outdoor hot tub plus the indoor hot tub & sauna. Breakfast was good although the eating area was crowded. Really surprised at how quiet the rooms were although the hotel was on a very busy street.

Good location. Walking distance too many restaurants, shops and casinos.Parking was kind of tight.You get what you pay for. Tahoe is an expensive city, but worth it.

Very nice decor, comfortable in every way!No elevator in our areaThe "woodsy" decor lent itself quite well to the surrounding area. The landscaping and overall appearance of the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Would recommend this hotel highly.
