Dirty, wall paper was peeling off the walls, rooms were less than clean.

Very good, overall, for my needs. When my flight was cancelled they returned to pick me up and had my key ready at the desk for me to resume my stay without me asking!

Swimming pool and lobby computers.
Was charged extra for microwave and refrigerator and was not told there would be a charge for that.
There was no wireless internet. The indoor pool was very good. I would not give a glowing recommendation on it.

Cleanliness and friendliness. Staff was great!
Nothing negative.
Location was central. Room furnishings were new and cleanliness was tops. Staff seemed genuinely concerned with the guests and went out of their way to satisfy. Excellent experience.
