Staff very friendly and helpful.
Exercise equipment was dirty, rusty, unmaintained.Very nice accommodations, helpful staff, clean rooms, unmaintained fitness facility.

The location.The price was too high and there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room.It was cheaper and had more amenities. Also there was plaster coming off the wall on one corner at Ramada and the floors were dirty.
