Not enough parking.This hotel was great! If you're looking for clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable and GREAT location... this is it!

Location.Staff's unwillingness to provide a non-smoking room until I paid an upgrade fee.This is not a very impressive hotel. The furnishings were kind of ad hoc, and the amenities were nothing special at all. A somewhat odd clientèle as well. However, the bed was comfortable. An acceptable place to sleep, but that's about it.

The front-desk receptionist was very helpful, calling shortly after I checked in to make sure everything was fine in the room or if I needed anything.N/AThis is an economically friendly inn that is clean, is in a convenient location, and has excellent service. Can't beat the price.

Good location, excellent price, clean, quiet, helpful staff, really good breakfastN/AVery close to Spokane attractions, freeway and restaurants. Clerk gave us a two-bed room at no extra charge, and toiletries that we forgot. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is located on a busy street, but our room was very quiet.
