All rooms are non-smoking. Free high-speed Internet access in all rooms. Make this your base of operations to explore all the natural wonder of the area. Front Desk Hours 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Reservations arriving after 10:00PM use the night window. Nighttime road closures! SR9 (Zion to Mt. Carmel Highway) between Springdale and Mount Carmel Jct. closes between 8pm and 8am Sun-Thurs. for construction, thru October 28.

Great setting, new and clean.Very poor design. Beautiful views that could not be seen from most rooms!There are better places to stay in this area. I would not stay in this hotel again. The lobby was still under construction so it might be better in the future.
