The modern clean decor. 
Pillows on the bed were all overly soft and made scrunchy sounds when you moved. Quick and painless check-in and a pleasant atmosphere. Great interior view. Very nice. Was priced below others in it's class and excellent location. Very new, clean and stylish. N/A This is the place to stay for the money. Great location, clean, awesome, extremely comfortable beds. The hot tub was very clean. Perfect temperature. Very quiet place. Great staff. Didn't want to leave the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is a little out of the way, but Springfield is small so it isn't that much of a problem. I stayed here before when it was a Sheraton hotel and the difference now is like night and day. The new owners did an amazing job with the renovations, and as always the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else in Springfield.

Nice atmosphere, kids loved the glass elevator and 10 storey heights. Cookies at check-in! Pool was<BR/>somewhat small and it was cold inside pool room. Location was way north away from shopping and restaurant district. Kids loved the hotel and thought it was the best part of the whole trip! Houlihans Restaurant + bar adjacent to hotel, location, many restaurants and stores nearby. The Hotel's restaurant Gracie's is no longer open for lunch or dinner since the opening of Houlihans. NA.

Service and attention to needs. The first room we stayed in was too hot. Our first room had A/C problem and was too hot. We requested another room which after they attempted to fix the a/c in that room. We were moved to another, much better
