Location, staff, complimentary breakfast.
We asked for non smoking and had smoking - they reimbursed us 20.00.
It was a nice quiet place to stay and very helpful staff. Will stay there again.

Travel guide lied about golf.
Travel guide said that they have golf. They did not have golf so Ill never believe what Travel Guide says again!

The room we were in was very spacious and very accommodating.
There were two occasions that the hotel messed up, very frustrating.
Very nice hotel, Great amenities, but there is no business center which can make your stay a little frustrating. Staff and housekeeping were excellent.

Indoor pool was the highlight of my 3 year old.
Mini refrigerator was not in room. Was available on request.
Overall we had a blast. Even if our reason for visiting was to attend a funeral. The bed was so comfortable too.
