Quidi Vidi VillageA picturesque fishing village located within St. John's, featuring craft shops and traditional pubs. Signal Hill Historic ParkThe site from where Marconi received the first wireless transatlantic signal in 1901, ushering-in the modern era of telecommunications. Signal Hill is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

C.A. Pippy ParkThe largest park in St. John's, Pippy Park, offers hiking, cross-country skiing, picnic areas, a fully equipped campground, and two golf courses. Anglican Cathedral of St. John the BaptistThe cathedral, which has also been declared a National Historic Site, is said to be the best example of Ecclesiastical Gothic architecture in North America. Designed by Sir Gilbert Scott, the cornerstone was laid in 1849. Located on Church Hill.
