Driving Directions: From I-80 East or West: Take Exit #161 (Bellefonte) and follow Route 220 South to exit #74 (Innovation Park/Penn State Univ). As you exit, stay LEFT for Bryce Jordon Center/Beaver Stadium. The ramp brings you onto Park Avenue. Follow Park Avenue past the stadium and turn right onto Atherton Street. Go past 2nd light, hotel is on the right, behind TGI Friday's. From Washington DC: Take I-495 beltway to I-270 North to I-83 North. Take I-83 North to Routes 322/22 West. Proceed on Route 322 West to State College. Take Innovation Park exit, stay in right lane for Univ Park. The ramp brings you to Park Avenue. Take Park Avenue past the stadium and turn right onto Atherton Street. Past 2nd light, Hotel is on the right.

Nice and clean, nice staff.
No swimming pool, inside or outside.
Very clean and the staff was very helpful, they printed out driving directions for various site seeing locations. Very close to downtown State College.

It was just a five minute drive from penn state university. It met my needs.
It was clean and quiet.
