Guest Ratings & Reviews for Harvey's Lake Tahoe:

Overall Rating:
The view of the lake :).
Nothing. Very nice view of Lake Tahoe. Was traveling with friends from Brazil and they were really impressed.

Overall Rating:
Good location to other casino hotels, underground walkway to Hurrahs.
Rude staff at Starbucks, no in room coffee, work being done on floor above with a lot of noise. Its been bought by Hurrahs, maybe this will help update the hotel. It's dark and dreary. Not impressed by the restaurants in this hotel. Better choices at Hurrahs across the street. Lake Tahoe is beautiful, so it's easy to overlook some of the minor flaws...Read More

Nice bathroom.
Smoke everywhere, even on the non smoking floor. If all you do is gamble and smoke, this is the place for you.

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, quite large.
My menu controls for movies went out. The staff was very friendly from the valets, front desk. The room was really large, much bigger than I expected. Good food through room service. My only regret is that the menu button for the TV stopped working and it was not worth it for me to try and ge...Read More

Poor housekeeping. Dirty carpets, very worn. Leaking faucets. No amenities. This room was no better than a very modest motel.Certainly not worthy of the price we were charged. There are other areas of Lake Tahoe much nicer than the casino area. The smoke in the hotel was awful!

Location and restaurants were great.
Got stuck in a smoking room and it smelled like it. Hotel has a great location with all kinds of shops close by and within walking distance. The Pacific Seafood Buffet was excellent but pricey.

Lack of hotel security Nice hotel, but lack of Harvey's security completely ruined the venue.

while the new parts of the hotel are nice, our room was old and not very nice. ie: peeling wall paper, no internet, bad bathtub. N/A

Nice location, good view.
They charge you for every little thing that they possibly can. We initially stayed in the old tower of the hotel and had a serious cleanliness issue. Expecting four-star service we spoke with the night manager who said first that it was only a three-star hotel and then that he couldn't guarantee any of the other room...Read More
