Each of the two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences features a grand living room, expansive floor plan and professionally decorated interior utilizing warm country themes complemented by marble and other refinements. Private covered outdoor terraces afford sensational views of the Steamboat ski area and scenic Yampa Valley. After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops of mountain village in Steamboat. Guests at the Terraces have access to ski lockers in the garage level of the complex. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive, Suite 100, Steamboat Springs, CO. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- 2 bedroom- USD 35.00, 3 bedroom- USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.
