Convenient, good amenities for business traveler.
Televison is old and hard to view from the desk.Rooms need upgrading of television and dresser. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Very helpful staff.

The friendly responses of the staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel.Nothing comes to mind.We received excellent service, our room above our expectations yet very comfortable. The central lobby was clean and inviting.

The room was comfortable and clean.The customer service was horrible.I waited at the Dulles airport for 1.45 hours for the hotel shuttle. The van driver was there several times, but denied that was the hotel that I wanted. I ended up taking a cab to get to the hotel where of course I saw the van driver. I then had to wait ...Read More

It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.It was a little confusing to reach its parking lot despite the building's high visibility.It was more than I expected from a Hampton inn.
