The staff were friendly and very helpful.There was a slight smoke odor on the linens and it was a non smoking room.I was visiting a college with my daughter. This hotel was very convenient and the room service was good as well as reasonably priced and arrived to the room within 15 minutes.

I liked the affordability and convenience it had. I liked that it was quiet.I wish the gym facilities were a little betterI loved staying at the Holiday Inn in Steubenville. It was very affordable and clean. I liked the staff and management of the hotel. I look forward to coming back in September.

Clean.Too expensive, the food in Damon's was expensive and of poor quality.Hotel was nice, but way too expensive for Steubenville, Ohio. I had a four-star in Orlando for half the price. The food was awful and extremely expensive for breakfast in Damon's. Hostess was not very friendly.
