The people were all so friendly and helpful.They ran out of food by 9:00 and so, my 2 daughters didn't get much to eat for breakfast.I thought the hotel was really good and the people extra nice and friendly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable beds and big room and bathroom.Ice machines were turned off the first two nights.The hotel room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The express breakfast that was provided was very adequate. I would stay there again.

Every hotel we go to lately, you stand in a puddle of water in the tub. No problem with this hotel.Problem with domestic situation at 2:00 am: Police were called.We stayed a couple of days, due to a funeral in our family. Location.Someone messing with room door for hours complained didn't help.Even had footprints outside my door in snow (according to hotel staff) and the didn't inform police.

The pool and whirlpool were excellent. We loved the warm temperature of the pool water.We had no dislikes.We are extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel establishment. We will be staying here again in the future.

Location.Waiting for desk clerks.I could have gotten my rooms for $40 less had I gone directly through them and unless you reimburse me the $40 I'm out, I will not be using it again--and I will be telling all my friends that you are not cheaper!

Free Internet and parking.Old and not well maintained.In my opinion, this hotel should not be a 3 star. It is an old Holiday Inn and at best it should be a 2-2.5 star.
