The motel maids had forgotten to turn on AC but front desk exchanged rooms with no problem.

Convenient location & great continental breakfast.
Cleaning staff entered room w/o knocking.
If it had had a fitness room it would've been a 10 in my opinion for the price. I was very pleased w/ the breakfast & the rooms met my expectations.

It was very clean, laundry facilities nice, breakfast very good.
The night clerk treated guests like naughty children instead of adults.
I guess I'm just spoiled with nicer hotels, but this one was good for what it was. Very clean, breakfast great, laundry facility was very handy, but it was miles away from my meetings.

Excellent continental breakfast.
Very small rooms, noisy because of traffic on major road.
Very basic. Rooms were small, bed was hard. Pool was okay and breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. Lots of traffic noise because of being on a major highway.

The location was great. The room could have been cleaner, and there needs to be better beds.

Good breakfast, very professional staff.
Uncomfortable beds, railroad tracks across the road started at 5 am.
Tight, cramped, old Best Western. Staff was very good, but the rooms are small, beds uncomfortable, and there's a railroad right across the street with hourly trains starting at 5 am. They make a wake up call unnecessary.
