The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. The hotel was safe and beautiful. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. Beautiful views, easy access from I-79, convenient location, clean and pleasant stay! I was unable to stay another night. Wonderful place for a weary traveler; we were there for a wedding and I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy more of the hotel's amenities, such as pool, hiking trails, etc. Beautiful views of surrounding land. Indoor and outdoor pool with spa, not crowded, spacious. Long walk from one end to the other. Wonderful service, friendly people, great view, location easy to find.

Other than cockroaches in room, it was very nice. Cockroaches. Book a smoking room and then found out its not. The room was very nice. Location was not the same addresses we were given. Description of view was way off. Instead of over looking the hills, it over looked the interstate and local nosiness, view from room was really bad!
