Hotel was fairly quiet, rooms were nice.Bed quilts had cigarette burns in them, in room coffee maker was broken and dirty.Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was fine.The smell.Booked rooms as smoking, which overbooked the hotel - they had great problems getting us a non-smoking room. The rooms were not very clean, either.

Nothing.N/AThe front desk clerk greeted me in insulting manner, and was less than helpful. I requested a wake up call that came. The heat in the room did not work in 25 degree Illinois weather.

Nothing.Room was filthy with dirty socks under both beds.Tried to put us in a room with one double bed, not Queen but double. I weigh 300Lbs and this just doesn't work. The pool.The room was dirty, loud and the blood on the lampshade was a nice touch. The shower poured more water down the shower wall than the head.Avoid this hotel. I must admit, the check in process for me went well. The double bed was too small for my taste but if that was my only complaint I would have been happy. Amenities, such as breakfast and pool were good. Also, the rooms were clean and neat.Was unable to get queen or king bed.The service and facilities were good, and provided what I expected.
