Closeness to the University Hospital.Gap in window, blanket worn and dirty, breakfast dry and old.Did not enjoy, breakfast dried and stale, window gap good thing the heater worked.

Price.Smokey, chintzy, lobby reeked of pinesol and bad neighborhood.Basically a bed and shower and TV. Our room was so smoky and we could hardly stand it. The bathroom door had been broken and poorly repaired, the lobby reeked of pinesol. Everything was as cheaply done as possible.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly.Room smelled like smoke; beds uncomfortable; environment unsafe.We had a very good check-in.
