The morning food waiting for me in the hospitality room.
There were ants in room 270, the room stunk.
I survived the two days I spent there. It could have been better. They need to spend more time on attention to detail.

Easy access from the Interstate.
Continental breakfast wasn't too impressive.
Great location for the traveler. Easy access to Interstate, the best Italian restaurant in NY, gas station nearby. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very affordable.

Convenient location.
Not very secure building.
The staff was terse, the sheets were dirty, and I needed to change them myself. There are no locks on the exterior doors as security. Anyone could follow a person to their room, or anyone not registered can have access to the inside of the building.

The staff was kind enough to change our room to better accommodate our sleeping arrangements even though they didn't technically have to.
If I were to pay full price for the room, Id have been disappointed with the "breakfast". It was ok though. Clean too.
This hotel seemed to have been recently renovated as it was very clean, with comfortable beds and spotless carpets. The room had no odors and accommodated the needs of two weary shoppers very well. There was a mini fridge and also a coffee maker in the ro...Read More
