The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, clean rooms!
On the last day they had some issues with the elevator, but everything was worth the troubles. Amazing time and can't wait to go again.
The hotel staff was amazing, the hotel and the room were very clean an overall great stay
and look forward to returning for future travels.

Room had all the extras a business traveler needs.
Restaurant was very limited in selections.
Friendly service, rooms have everything you would need and the location is very convenient to downtown businesses and activities. Would gladly stay here again.

he hotel staff was very helpful, and the room and hotel in general was very clean & tidy. The secure underground parking was great and was big enough for our pick up to fit. We will stay there again.

Underground parking and nice d�cor.
Channels 4 and 5 had no sound on the TV.
This was a good value, and I'm surprised it's only a 2-star rating. I would give it higher. The breakfast was very good - much more than just a continental type. Clean and comfortable.

Fairly close to museums.
The complementary breakfast was a bit of a logistical problem.
Basic, clean room for overnight. A little noisy, at least on our floor. Very close to the dome, and close enough for daytime walk to museum area, but wouldn't feel comfortable walking at night.

The breakfast buffet was hot and excellent, we were expecting continental breakfast, but it was a hot full breakfast buffet.
The security of the building, parking garage and access to hotel floors was extremely poor. Very insecure feeling at this hotel.
Very poor security. The parking garage security gate was never closed. Anyone could drive or simply walk into the garage. There was no need to put your "key" into any type of security gate opener. Then you had free and complete easy access to the elevator...Read More

Only elevators available to get to each floor; not good if you're afraid of them.
The hotel was quite nice and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Only main improvement would be to have stairs accessible for guests who are uncomfortable using elevators.

No laundry machines.
Nice enough hotel. Would be the place to stay if you are attending a Tacoma Dome event. Otherwise, there's nothing nearby. Ask for a room on the west side if you want a view.
