They would not accommodate us with double beds. I wanted to charge an upgrade fee for double beds.

Outstanding customer service.
Air conditioning was out dated and did not work properly.
Mmy experience this stay was much better than last time. Be sure to request one of the remodeled rooms if you stay in this hotel.

Exceptional front desk personnel.
Found dead roach in the bathroom.
I was so pleased with everything except the dead roach in the bathroom. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the conversations I had with them. The breakfast was good.
Friendly employees especially front desk.
