Staff and service were beyond reproach.
Initial room (non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes; however, I was given a new room upon request.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; staff always went out of their way to accommodate needs and requests. Workers were warm and friendly as they went about their daily routines, making us feel welcome. I look forward to my next stay there.

free shuttle to busch gardens
waiting on the shuttle over an hour after we called from BG
The room was very nice. It exceeded our expectations. Very nice courtyard with pool and tiki bar. The free shuttle to and from Busch Gardens made it even better.

Having a separate sleeping area for the adults was great.
Wireless internet was difficult to connect to.
This is a great hotel for the price. The pool is not huge, but they've got very nice landscaping. It's a convenient location for many of the big attractions.

Staff was excellent from check in to shuttle driver and housekeeping did an excellent job. Entire experience at this hotel was great. We will stay here again for sure. Could not have asked for more.
