We are less than an hours drive from the silver sands of Clearwater Beach, and if shopping is your thing, Tampas University Mall with various boutiques, restaurants, and lounges is minutes away. Positive Comment - The employee who checked us in was very polite and accommodating.

Negative Comment - The room and facilities were old and run down. The room smelled of mildew and our bed was not comfortable at all.

Positive Comment - I really liked the staff. Thatï¿½s about it. Other than that. Well at least I wasn't shot even though the police were there almost everyday.

Negative Comment - I didn't like the people staying at the hotel. The neighbors fought all the time. It resulted in someone calling the police numerous times.

Review - As long as you make sure you bring tanning lotion, plenty of water to keep you hydrated, a gun to keep you safe, and don't leave your room once it gets dark and you'll be fine. If it gets to loud and crazy just turn the volume of the television up to drow...Read More

Positive Comment - Service and cleanliness exceeds expected for price.

Negative Comment - Could use more parking.

Review - While this is not the best location in Tampa, it is safe and the motel is very clean and the service is extremely good. If you are doing bush gardens, this is the cleanest and nicest motel within 15 miles.

Negative Comment - The room I stayed in was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Review - As a the director of one of the largest non-profit organizations that creates affordable housing in California, this hotel was the worse hotel I ever stayed in. The room was dirty, smelled like smoke and I found bugs in the bed.

Negative Comment - It needs some miner things worked on in the building its self. Over all a good stay.

Review - Clean. Pool also clean. Nice shower this is so important, Friendly staff. Close to I-275 Tampa and I-75. Just needs some cosmetic cleanup.

Negative Comment - Very old, dirty, awful service, extremely rude management.

Review - It was a nightmare staying at this hotel. The hotel is very old and rooms smell. Hotel is run by some very rude gentlemen who don't know any thing about customer service. Very very dirty hotel and rooms.
