Many of our suites are 2 story Townhouses with a King bed, full bath, and a large TV upstairs. Downstairs there is a sleeper sofa, a half bath, and a second large TV. a separate area has a desk and a wet bar with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small TV.

Location Description: AmeriSuites Tampa Sabal Park is an all-suite resort style, located in a peacefull office park. There is a jogging trail which runs behind our pool and around the park. One side of the property is on a pond with numerous water fowl. We are right off of I-75 and one exit south of I-4 so we are easy to reach from anywhere in the state.
Driving Directions: From I-75 South take exit # 260. At end of ramp turn right. At first traffic light (Falkenburg) turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. Come down about a block and we are on your left. From I-75 North exit # 260B. Go to first traffic light (Falkenburg) and turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm). Go down about a block and we are on your left. Going West on I-4 exit I-75 South. Exit at next exit (260). At end of exit ramp turn Right and at first traffic light (Falkenburg) turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. We are a block down on your left. Heading west on I-4 exit at exit #5 (Martin Luther King). At end of ramp turn right and go about 3 miles to Falkenburg. Turn Right and then at very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. We are a block down on the left.
