Convenience.
Not having the bed made and room cleaned when we left at 6:00 pm.
Excellent location, good views of the waterfront from your room. Helpful and polite staff.

Was understand when I did not us their parking garage and did not charge me, they took my honest word on it.
I can't get over how higher class hotels do not have a refrigerator.
Very clean and everyone always greeted us. I will be using it again next time I am down there. The only thing that really bothered us was the elevators did seem very old and at one point someone stole the key and it was inoperable for a few hours.

Very good location to downtown.
Pool bar was not open- no vending machines working.
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Close to downtown activities and transportation- Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
