Friendly staff, and clean roomsStaffignored our request for some items we needed.
The Hotel was easy to find. The beds were too hard for my taste, didn't get much sleep because of this. The staff was kind, but not very punctual on bringing us items we needed. Other than that it was a great vacation and would recommend to others.

It was very close to the outlets, restaurants, and Camel Beach.The Jacuzzi was broken for the 3 days that we stayed there. They kept telling me they are Sorry. Thats why I stayed there at that hotel.Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Parking lacked a little. Jacuzzi was broke all 3 days I was there with an out of order sign. It was in a good location, because everything was pretty much near it. Water park, casino, and other stores.There is too much about the hotel that we did not like to list. It was very poor.I wouldn't really recommend this to hotel to anyone. It had poor cleanliness.
