The Indian Circle Dance was the best part!
Disgustingly dirty, mildew & carpet in room was wet. Staff was unprofessional.
I have to say, this is the 2nd worse hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some very budget-style hotels! The service is extremely poor- they were frustrated, the room was actually quite disgusting.

Extremely convenient to downtown.
Very tacky Indian dancing.
Old property with old furnishings, however pretty well kept up. If you need a luxurious bathroom this is not the place. Large room, quiet property, friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to sit outside in the evening and visit. Poor quality, uninter...Read More

Location.
All surfaces in room were dirty, smelly and burned.
I'm a Best Western fan, but this was by far the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every surface was stained, had burn holes, the bathroom floor was sticky, the carpet was filthy, the tub had a urine stained rubber mat. As soon as I checked ...Read More

Toilet and shower crammed into a very small space, with a cold tile floor.
This is a very old hotel, with lots of history and character. Considering its age, it has been updated and well-maintained. Great location on the main drag. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to upgrade our room without our even askin...Read More

Location was within walking distance to everything.
Pool was out of order overall.
Overall it was quite nice - not luxurious - basic but could be updated a bit. I think we were there in between seasons truth.

There was nothing we did not like.
We thought the Kachina Best Western, as one of the older chain hotels, was well maintained and charming. The pool was impressive, there are Kachina dancers on Saturday night during the summer, many of the staff members had worked there over ten years, and...Read More
