Overall Rating:
Convenient to the highway.
No elevators, they need to consider this for the elderly or handicap.The hotel was clean and nice, only complaint was no elevators, hard to climb and carry luggage up.

It was very clean, the breakfast was good. It had everything I expected.The staff was not friendly. They did their job, but no smiles or welcome greeting.Over all the hotel was very clean. Everything I could think of was provided. Coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge, and microwave were in the room. It was nice to have a business room available with computers also. The extra pillows were a God send. I have a hiatal hernia and need to sleep upright at first.I'm always looking for absolute spic and span and good paint jobs.It was good to very good. The staff was terrific.

The hotel was clean and the security of the hotel was excellent.The continental breakfast was not very good.The hotel could offer more on their continental breakfast. My room was a good size but the bed was hard so I did not get much sleep. I had a sofa in my room but the arms had rips in it so they need to fix that. the location was excellent, everything we needed was within at least a 5 mile radius.the pool was too small, and was way over chlorinated! made our eyes burn!I thought that your hotel was excellent! the atmosphere was great for a family! I especially liked the lily sitting room with the fireplace, they even included board games for us to play! as a family traveling, it was great to be in a living room type atm...Read More
