This slope-side property features free parking, private ski lift, free shuttle, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, fitness center, outdoor grills and a fire pit. Each privately owned condo is fully equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers and jetted tubs. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The 20.4 percent tax allocated breakdown is as follows 12.4 percent city and 8 percent reservation processing fee. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at the Bear Creek Lodge located at, 135 San Joaquin Road. The front desk is open 7am-11pm during regular season with shortened hours during the off-season. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, you will find a key packet with your name on it inside the lock box located outside the front door. For after-hours emergencies, please contact the manager on duty at 970-708-2407.
