Cleanliness of room.
At arrival only two queen beds were available, with no option to upgrade to a king.
When we arrived, my husband and I waited more than 5 minutes for someone to attend the front desk. Later on, when we asked for directions, the front desk was unable to provide directions or even a phone number for the casino we requested (Pechanga).

Excellent hotel. Has all amenities of a 4 star hotel. Staff was more than helpful and offered excellent customer service. I was very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The problem with my stay was I was given a King and a pull out instead of two queen beds. Maybe it was my bad for not calling ahead.
